Restrictions
- If shipping or mailing samples, for best results we strongly recommend that samples be sent by overnight/next day delivery.
- Do not ship samples on a Friday or weekend.
- US Postal Service does not deliver samples to our Hollister Lab on Hwy 25.
Procedures for bringing samples to our Hollister lab (on Hwy 25) or our drop-off locations:
- Collect samples following the provided guidelines
- Print and complete the lab submission form
- Deliver the sample and form to TriCal Diagnostics or drop-off locations (addresses below)
- TriCal Diagnostics will process and test the sample
- TriCal Diagnostics will return results via e-mail
- As needed, Director Steve Koike can personally discuss results, control measures, and other information with you via phone or e-mail.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not bring samples on a Saturday or Sunday – the Hollister Lab and drop-off locations are not open on the weekend or on holidays.
