I was notified that the West Coast Nut Magazine October 2020 issue just came out and it features a key article showcasing “Strategies for Minimizing Nematodes When Establishing New Orchards” (article starts on page 8). Cecilia Parsons, associate editor interviewed me and Dr. Andreas Westphal to discuss the importance of nematode control in walnut replants. I also have provided her images of the field trial research we are conducting on walnuts and almonds, and discussing the importance of pre-treatment fumigation.
